On Sep.5th,2023, the lawyer Ken Hung from Vivien Chan&Co. visited our law office at Tianjin, together with his colleagues from Vivien Chan IP Services (Beijing) Limited.

At first, we introduced our law firms and lawyers on each side. Tianjin Bozhuan Law Firm is a full service law firm providing legal service in a lot of aspects, such as construction laws, international trade laws, corporate laws, real estate laws, securities laws, and even marriage laws. Each lawyer of our firms has it's own strength in legal practice and lawyers cooperated with each other closely, while Vivien Chan&Co. is a law firmed dedicated for intelletual property laws. 

Then, we talked about the intellectual property legal practice in Mainland China as well as Hongkong,China.

After talking about intellectual property laws, we then discussed other cases such as setting up companies, infrangement cases, and lawsuit practices.

Both sides have the intention to have a cooperation over the cases between Tianjin and Hongkong, especially for the case relating to intellectual property.
